By crawling the menu, we find out that there are 15 unique representatives in the company. As hinted by the fact that their first names and surnames start with the same letter, each representative stands for a letter. By using the hints from row 12 (agents are always listed in increasing distance from the start in every submenu) and 6 (when the direct neighbors are read, they make up a sensible text), we deduce that every lowest-level menu defines a partial ordering of a subset of letters by the choice numbering. We write down all 15 letters as nodes and draw oriented arrows. Then, the fully ordered text gives JOHANNISBRUECKE.
