Each of the 12 circles is actually a cube: vertices are numbered, the frontface is dashed. Three observations can now be made:
 The red edges separate letterfaces from nonletter faces.
 There are 32 nonletter faces.
 One can find a matching nonletter face for every nonletter face by its vertex numbering signature.
This means one can assemble the cubes into a 2x2x3 cuboid so that all letters are visible from outside. Once done, we read out the letters from each face of the cuboid (faces taken in the order of small numbers written under some letters).
